I really like this cable. I've only had it two weeks so we'll see how it holds up over time, but it seems stronger than most cables of this type. It is much thicker and stronger than the cable sold by Apple. One of the big advantages of a thicker cable is that it has less twists than most cables, so it doesn't get tangled like all other cables. I need a cable to fast charge my iPhone X. Also, I wanted it to be black, in the black interior of my car. This cable does both well. For my iPhone X, I got about 11W charging speed with this in-car cable and Ainope PD 3.0 car adapter, more than double the standard USB 5W speed. Households with an Anker PowerPort II charger average around 12 watts. The charging speed is very similar to the Apple USB-C cable. I measured both.
