Buyers beware! I bought a 4TB setup with the drives included only to find out that the drives installed are WD Blue drives (WDC WD20EZRZ-22Z) which do not match the NAS! I've been waiting for WD Red Label wheels! The picture in the product description even shows Red Label rims. The WD Blue drive is a regular PC hard drive, not a NAS! So I am concerned that one or both hard drives will soon fail and then incur EXTRA COST to replace them. Frustrating HD aside, setup was easy, it comes with Nova backup software. If you register on the Novas website you can download the latest single user software which works very well and allows you to schedule a full image backup or a backup at your choice of intervals you specify. If you set up email alerts, you'll get a health status every 24 hours, which comes in handy in the event of an outage. The mobile app works well after setting up web access on the NAS device.
