Review on Kohler BH93-N0 Bidet Seat - Round Design, Novita White Finish: Product Overview and Features by Cristofer Cejudo

I don't know how this unit got so many rave reviews. Installation wasn't terrible, but the instructions were a bit vague. The device looks great (as you'd expect from Kohler) and the blue LED night light is very handy. A very cool feature. Unfortunately these are all the advantages I have in this bidet. The worst is the remote control with touch buttons. Some keys are very sensitive while others only respond 1 in 10 times. It's very frustrating when you have to get going urgently and have to spend a good 30 seconds lifting the seat. I wish they would just use regular buttons instead. Seat and water heating is a nice feature, but unfortunately the temperature settings don't seem to do much. Even though you have 5 different temperature settings, it seems there is only ON and OFF. Either the seat and the water get too hot or not at all. Even on the minimum setting, there is no heat. Overall, I would strongly recommend getting a cheaper device that affords these shortcomings, or getting a more expensive, quality product. Definitely don't spend a lot of money on this bad device!
