Toner OK but speaker on probe incredibly weak. Even at maximum volume, the stick must physically touch the wire to get sound. And anyone with tinted cables knows how useless it is to find cables in bundles or in a rack full of patch panels. Of course, you can still sound louder and clearer by plugging in headphones. But it still proves the speaker is junk. I bought this to replace my old wand as the speaker broke. weak speaker defeated the goal of getting one.
