Creates a pleasing look. Pay attention to the bevel with each stroke, this will make the edge crisp. The scissor sharpener has a slight learning curve, but works well after that. Check back in a year and if it holds up I'll give it 5 stars. The adjustable bevel sets it above most. It covers all knives. If you hold on to one side it will do a decent job on a bevel.
