I think I should have read a little more, but sometimes it's hard to read so much. The buttons are fake which is disappointing but still. The hood doesn't open and is sewn on very lazily, I don't like this part at all. Soft, cute and a little big, there's room to grow. My son is 7.4ft 1" and he is probably 4" below his waist, I have an air 7/8, if your child is average you could probably go down a size and be fine.
