Works great 1 Issue

Hello everyone. Decided to write about this as I had a problem that I saw here earlier. First I took it to a locksmith and paid $25 to have it tied to my key. I didn't do this part. This worked for my 2003 Ford F150 XL 4.2. Removing the old one is easy, since you take a small pick or screwdriver and, after turning on the ignition, insert the pin, which is located at the bottom of the column under the ignition. The only issue I had as you can see from the two photos was that the locking pin was different and the new cylinder fitted in it would not engage preventing key removal. All you have to do after playing with it is slightly lift the little metal lever holding the locking pin on that side and the pin will slide out and rotate it to the other side. Then it was repaired and worked perfectly. Hope it's not too long. Thanks.
