Review on πŸ’ͺ Enhance Wrist and Forearm Strength with NSD Power Winners Spinner Gyroscopic Exerciser – Digital LCD Counter Included! by Cody Hunt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

it's just a good thing since the bigger bullet means my finger.

This is my second Powerball because I lost my first. My first was the Dynaflex Pro (basic version) which I have been cycling on and off for several years. To be honest, I don't see a big difference between the two brands in terms of feel, functionality and quality. The NSD comes with a counter that protrudes a bit and adds about 3mm. That's fine with me as the larger ball means my fingertips remove the moving yellow component while my fingertips were previously in contact with the Dynaflex Pro base. (I think it all depends on your hand size.) So yes, it's just as good, if not better than the Dynaflex Pro. Great exercise. And FYI, once you get the hang of it, you can launch it with a flick of the thumb. Its onset does not depend so much on speed and power as on rhythm. Once you get that, it will be like riding a bike.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.
