Arrived a day earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the unit we received didn't have a trigger string in the box, so we had to use other methods to get the gyroscope's initial rotation. Otherwise satisfied with the product.

I bought an NSD spinner to help with my tennis/golf arm that I designed. Using it several times a week has drastically reduced the pain and inflammation I was experiencing. When I stopped using it the pain returned within a few days so I'm pretty sure the spinner really helps (if I use it) and I'm not suffering from a placebo effect. It's fun to use and looks very well made.

Bought to replace my old worn out Powerball due to noise and wear and tear. Got this one hoping it would be quiet and smooth like my other one but it was noisy and not as smooth and the digital counter on top is so uncomfortable in my hand that I take it off most of the time. use it. If I could recommend a spinner to a friend, it would be this one. I'd also tell them that this is most likely a 'goal spinner', meaning there's a good chance they'll want to buy quality metal models in the future (but this is the MOST model to own anyway) .
