I bought this printer last week but have only been using it for three days. The first day I fully charged the printer and everything worked great. All my icons and uploaded logo print well. Then, on the second day, the symbols and logos noticed began to disappear. Today I tried to print and all logos and symbols have completely disappeared. I can't even view them in my app anymore. So I turned off the machine, restarted it, closed the app and turned it back on. Of course, all my saved shortcuts are completely gone. I don't know if this is an application error or if I have a faulty printer. . The whole point of this label maker is that I can make custom labels for my small business. I have only printed 20 labels so far. I now have a multitude of labels and a label printer that is useless for what I need.
