I just received my JX-M11 yesterday. Looks like a good product. I put in two AAA batteries and set the time. The first thing I noticed was that the radio is only MONO. The reception is worse. Out of 50 local FM stations, he would pick up about 10. The PLL tuner rejects all but the strongest stations. Image errors are a problem. Not a bad tuner. The keys are difficult to master and very cryptic. The alarm is loud enough to be noticed, but at a very high frequency. It saves storage space when changing batteries, and that is one of its positive aspects. I would not spend more than 10 euros for such a device. Oh yes, he EATS BATTERIES.
