We bought a 4 year old G3 suncatcher. There were several broken, missing or loose fasteners. Once the proper tension is set on the vise, you're done. To secure the nylon straps I used an old soldering iron to melt holes for the domes. Works perfectly. Note. I also bought an iron for cutting nylon straps. Overall, I'm very happy with the dome mounting tool and hardware that comes with it.
