I was hesitant to spend $60 on a whetstone since I've never sharpened a knife before (or at least not since I was scouting). So I went a little cheaper. and it's wonderful! The instructions are easy to understand and the application is very simple. I have a tradition of sharpening my knives on Sunday night and then starting the week's cooking. It's amazing the difference I can feel in a freshly sharpened blade. Excellent goods.
