item arrived with food stuck to it. Someone has already used the product and sent it back. Half of the items were not in the original packaging and the food grinder doesn't really work, looks like someone used excessive force when attaching the crank/handle. The bar, which should attach to the slot/hook at the top of the shell, is not diagonal to the post, but at an angle. The bar is under the notch in the post (it should be above the notch and spring). This is more of a negative review about the supplier and handling of the product than the food factory itself as I have never had to use this product. Who wants breaded veggies glued to their $50 food grinder after they buy them? I bought a brand new product and there was no mention of it being used. When shipping returned items, make sure you TEST them for a) cleanliness and b) functionality first.
