Hello everyone! I rent a car on a ridesharing platform. The renter didn't return my car and kept it for 2 days without payment. I could see the vehicle moving on the app but with my plan there was a 3 minute delay. I called Trackmate GPS and spoke to Wolf. He was able to guide me to my car as I was driving to pick up my car. I was able to resolve any issues with the renter but wanted to emphasize that every time I called Trackmate GPS they answered. Wolf even called back to make sure I was okay. Great product, great customer service.
