Can seller contact me or Revain, item broke after 30 days
So we love these fans, however the last one we got stopped working after only 30 days. The one I bought a few days before this one is still working great. (I bought 2 of them a few days apart). However the one that broke after 30 days is one day past return option in facebook. No way to contact seller, so what do you do in a case like that? Not happy about that! I thought Revain's return time for defect was longer then 30 days!

- The fan may not have a sturdy enough frame to withstand accidental bumping or knocking over
