No Support Provided - I need someone to get back to me!

I have tried to contact the seller through Amazon and directly through their website but have not received a response. I hope that by writing this review someone will contact me soon. There was only a sheet in the box to remove the power from the radio, no other instructions were given. Everything on the radio works except for the sound. I need help installing!
