Grinds fine, sausage stuffing stinks

Meat chopping is fine, but I was hoping that the machine would also work for stuffing sausages into casings. Completely frustrating as you essentially have to push the mixture through the tube and out of the body. This takes forever and the meat stays in the machine way longer than you'd like, causing it to heat up and risk bacteria.
