Review on 🔘 Fuel Transfer Meter - Fill-Rite 900CD 1" 6-40 GPM(23-151 LPM) Digital Nutating Disc by Dewitt Bhattacharya

I installed this diesel tank on my farm which is outside in the sun/weather. It was easy to install/configure and worked great for about 4 months. The rubber cap then came loose, and shortly thereafter the unit stopped counting gallons (but fuel leaked through). When I was done harvesting, I called customer service. I told them my gauge was broken and I needed a more reliable mechanical unit (which obviously costs more). They sent me a free mechanical replacement that mounts directly to my particular pump. The tech support rep (Jeff) was very knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to communicate with. This was a welcome change from other customer service interactions I've had elsewhere. While the product didn't last long for me (I would give it 1 star), the customer service more than makes up for it. Even though the counter looks well sealed, you should be careful using it there as you will be outside all the time. I also used pipe sealant during installation. While I'm reasonably sure I didn't apply too much, I would recommend using teflon tape to prevent the sealant from getting into the gauge.
