We are at a well and the water pressure is not high. This device produces a very fine, very powerful jet. Really nice. BUT, the black bushing that holds the ball to allow the device to rotate is not solid. Ours cracked after a week of use and the atomizer head popped out. I can reset the ball but it won't stay because the seat is torn. Too bad. We really enjoyed it. I just wish they would have used metal instead of plastic for those important parts. I returned my defective one for a refund.
