Overall this wall mount was very easy to assemble and installed right out of the box. It comes with different sized shims/gaps depending on the TV so you don't go too far into a new monitor and mess it up. The bracket is easy to mount on the wall using the template and the included hardware. It's best to go for both cleats, but give you an alternative if only one. It still works. Hanging is easy, but best done with a friend. All of the wires on the TV are scattered everywhere and it helps to have someone tangle them out. The monitor mount simply slides down and locks into place. I recommend this mount and will buy another one when the opportunity arises.
