As the Altuna Pocket Blade Sharpener for Pruning Shears Mainly; is the reason why I bought it, and its own self contained Oil and Sponge, is a very product, as the Oil is Encased in the top of the tool top which will screw off and then dab this oil on the sharpener Blade, and then sharpen the Pruning Shears to get yourself a razor sharp edge.
