I've been using both products three times a week for almost a month. I also wet my hair and put on a bathing cap, then shower, shampoo and conditioner before leaving. Hair got WORSE! Last week I had a 2 inch cut and salon treatment at the salon; my hair was like SILK. Today I washed at home without bathing with shampoo and conditioner (let it sit for a few minutes). I couldn't even run a comb through my hair! And when I finally dried it and curled it with a brush, it stuck out of my head like a coarse FROK wig. I would have sent them back but opted to throw them in the bin instead - I was CRAZY! I jumped back in the shower and rejuvenated my old reserve, BEWARE, and got MUCH BETTER RESULTS. This is my advice - SKIP it; it DOESN'T WORK and seemed to damage my hair even more!
