It's very user friendly especially if you are familiar using it in other industries where there isn't quite so many different functions available within this program that can be accessed by your customers when they visit or call into store locations looking around etc..

Sometimes I wish we could have more options/customization but then again maybe not having too much customization would make things look kindof "off" just like what some people dislike about Apple computers being all black vs white (or something along these lines). Nothing really comes close right now unless someone knows how merchantag feels compared to Square which was purchased out from Vantigo years back ago? We've been able to take our sales down since implementing POS systems! More than anything else - customer service has improved because everyone gets used to working together better without any issues between them personally anymore due mainly to their understanding towards each.
