The rattle is perfect for small hands. A pleasantly woody sound is produced when playing. The upper and lower parts are very well glued so that no traces of glue can be seen on the seams. The wooden rings on it are carved from solid wood and have no appearance. The small square blanket is 100% cotton and is a good size and color as advertised. With a corner of the fabric, it is wrapped around the wooden ring and sewn very tightly. The last piece is a ring with a long piece of fabric wrapped around it. You can remove the fabric if you wish or tie it in different ways. One option is to make cute little bunny ears. In my personal opinion this is a perfect gift for gender reveal or for a child next to you. Wood can be cleaned with a damp cloth and some soap. This wood is not water resistant so if you leave it in water it will swell and once it starts to dry it is more likely to crack.
