Review on EDI Solution by Mark Crawford

I like that we can do more than just submit our PO's into SAP; there are so many ways you could use this program! As well have access at anytime anywhere via internet or mobile device makes us much safer when doing any work related task out side corporate office!! The lack off training available also make things difficult sometimes but thats what they say about all new technology right?? We were looking forward towards having an easy way around uploading/ downloading files between different teams within same organization which was not really practical using excel spreadsheet approach. Also being able to upload file directly through web browser would be great too instead relying only Excel spreadsheets. The best thing about this software is that when you have an error or an issue with your file, it will send out emails requesting updates which helps us know if there is any issues before we upload our files again. Sometimes I wish it had more options and could be customized better but overall its pretty good! It has helped me save time by being able to update my work order faster than manually updating them each day.
