My children usually run around the garden barefoot and as they are homeschooled they rarely wear shoes for more than an hour or two. However, sometimes it's good to wear safety shoes when we go camping, so I looked for something with a flexible sole, a wide toe box and not too much angle on the sole. . These great little hiking shoes are just the ticket. I appreciate the wide toe box that allows my daughter's toes to move freely and the flexible sole and upper that don't feel too tight. The styling is gorgeous too, with some gray areas that can be rubbed off easily when they get a little dirty, and then lavender and pink-purple areas as stylish accents. Overall, I'm really impressed with their quality.
