This item comes with a mini disc containing drivers and software. If your computer doesn't have a CD player, you have a problem. There are two links on the company's product sales page (no product support or drivers page, just leads to a purchase page like Revain's). The first link is dead and going nowhere. The second link leads to a page where you can VIEW the contents of the driver files, but there is no download link anywhere. You can play around with the site and it seems like you can use other apps to compress the file online, but there are no real download options! So you can look at the driver files, but you don't actually have them. However, this item is "believed" to work on a "plug and play" basis. Unfortunately it's not that simple. If you have an existing Bluetooth adapter installed (maybe it came with the PC but didn't work properly which was my problem) you need to: 1. Turn off your Bluetooth device in the Bluetooth Devices menu. 2. Disable the device completely in the system properties for this adapter. 3. Remove it from the Bluetooth devices menu. 4. Install this USB device. 5. Hope it works. If so, your Bluetooth should automatically turn itself back on and everything will work. If not, rampage and destroy random nearby objects until you calm down.
