I like that you can see all members of your congregation, their age group, etc., in one place so it's easy to follow them throughout different parts of the program! It is difficult sometimes because there are multiple screens which makes finding what screen you need confusing at times (especially when they change things). Take some time getting used to how everything works if this will be an option for your organization as well. If someone has no idea where or who something belongs then using pastorate care would solve that problem instantly without asking questions over emailing back and forth trying to figure out where something goes/who owns each thing.
