I like that it is easy to use, but also has many features you can customize if needed! It isn't cheap though so there are some things in particular we don’t need (like our own custom reports) which would be nice from other programs as well at lower cost than what pastoral care charges us each month!! I love that it syncs with our other programs like Harvest, Connect, etc. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's a great program if you have a small church or a large church but want to keep everything in one place. The ability to have multiple people check in at different times is very helpful, as well having an easy way of keeping track with all my notes that I'm taking during services so we don't miss anything important! I like that this program is customizable to your needs. It can be used as a database, but it also has a lot of features that are not databases related. There's no way to add more fields to existing modules if you want to keep them in alphabetical order (for example). If you need a database that does not have too many bells and whistles, then this is probably not the right tool. This is just what we needed at our church. I like that you can see all members of your congregation, their age group, etc., in one place so it's easy to follow them throughout different parts of the program! It is difficult sometimes because there are multiple screens which makes finding what screen you need confusing at times (especially when they change things).
