Seat is very uncomfortable over time
Been using the bench daily and over time I noticed that I had to constantly stand up from longer sessions on the bench. Just noticed that there was 2 screws poking up. The seat has nearly no cushion so if you're using it on military position where all your weight is on the seat for long periods of time it gets very uncomfortable as after a few weeks the screws punch through the thin seat. Great for bench pressing but for sitting and using dumbbells the seat's quality degrades over time.
