Review on πŸ›₯️ ZOMCHAIN Marine VHF Antenna Mounts: Adjustable Ratchet Mount with 316 Stainless Steel Base for Boats by Anthony Epps

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Standard Male NPT ¾” x 14 TPI

is marked as 12 TPI. = 1 This is actually a standard male NPT ¾” x 14 threaded fitting. I assume this also applies to Zomchain antenna mounts with a roof ratchet: https://www.amazon.com/ZOMCHAIN-Ratchet-Antenna-Stainless-Adjustable/dp/B085TBPSZK/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=ZOMCHAIN +ratchet&qid =1615999151&sr=8-1This is important as I bought this to mount a cellphone booster antenna on the handrails of my stair case on wheels. 1000 times more than the sea market; Over 9 million RVs are registered in the United States. Truckers and RV drivers install cell phone boosters (like WeBoost) to improve connectivity in areas with poor cell coverage. Booster antennas are often attached to a length of ΒΎ inch or 1 inch ID PVC pipe (2 to 5 feet long) to increase height. We lower our antennas when traveling to avoid overhead obstacles (lanterns, branches, bridges, signs, etc.), but raise them when parking to improve communication. It's easy to do with a ratchet, just like at sea. Installation requires the purchase of an appropriate Schedule 40 PVC pipe fitting adapter: ΒΎ" female to ΒΎ" or 1" PVC pipe fitting.
