I was skeptical about the tilt to steer feature on many 3 wheel scooters but decided to try it out for our 3 year old (now 4 year old). When she and her 8-year-old sister tried the scooter at home on Christmas morning, they both seemed unenthusiastic as it was difficult to control. But once she got it outside, it was only a few days before she was flying it and developing her own "tricks" on the scooter. I think it can be difficult to maneuver at lower speeds and in tight spaces, which is why the indoor test failed. Once she gets used to it she has a blast with it and I'm glad we chose it!
