It's not necessarily a bad tablet but if you bring your own service you can do what I'm about to do and had to do to start with one something more for a well-known brand through your wireless service provider. It works fine with Wi-Fi but I have unlimited internet for my kids and my service with T-Mobile is excellent! This device says it is compatible with T-Mobile SIM cards. Trying to insert a card is a bit confusing as the tray doesn't pop out and it doesn't come with the tool. Anyone who tried to help me with this via chat also seemed a little rude when I told them that there were no tools, let alone the option to open the SIM card tray like on other devices. Well I insert a SIM card, it recognized it, said TMobile right on the screen, showed 4G. The text worked, there is no internet at all! No matter what I did, looked through the settings etc, even factory reset as a last try - nothing! I will say I was impressed with the Android OS if they could fix this SIM card issue I see this is not just my own experience then you would have a reliable tablet right here so I have it hit the middle with rating.
