Arrived very well packaged with a minimum of styrofoam. The instructions were pretty clear to my husband. I liked the drawings. Removing the shelf from the rails took four hands, but with little effort. He had twelve minutes to read the instructions twice, assemble the tools, install and clean. The engineering behind these two tier spice racks features easy installation, smooth gliding and solid construction. There was no torque on the shelves as they moved from nested to fully extended and back again. The trays were already snapped into place and felt solid. I had another 30 shelf spice rack that was too big for the cabinets in this kitchen replacing these two double Lynk spice racks. I will also have space for small items that used to be lost. I could get a pull out shelf for another overhead cabinet to reach items in the back of the cabinet. The quality is so high that I believe these shelves will last a lifetime. Something you can't say about a lot of things these days.
