I like their customer service because they are always willing to help me out or give advice when needed! They have excellent support staff all around who will be there anytime if something comes up during my time online/working from home in this pandemic situation - which has been great while trying work through some issues related to our business being impacted by COVID restrictions here locally (elevators closed etc). Their pricing structure makes it easier as well since we're small company without many resources compared to bigger companies where more bells & whistles come along w services such large monthly bills and ongoing expenses associated w those options. We've run into occasional hiccups regarding certain sites slowing down over night causing site visitors problems; however these were resolved quickly once notified via phone call / email after initial contact was made thru chat window within hostator interface itself. Great value overall considering what's included vs additional costs incurred.
