Great volume and shine.

This curling iron is not really a curling iron. Those are vibrations. Creates many small waves. But i love it! He does everything I asked him to do. I have curly hair. He can be a little cheeky and frizzy. This iron solves these problems. I have large 1 inch barrels that I liked, but the waves/curls fell out quickly because they were so big. These 1/2 inch barrels give me tighter waves that last longer. It also gives my hair shine. There is a trick to using it. You have to figure out in which direction the barrels are rotated. The bottom stem should be near the root of the hair. Otherwise it sticks out below. When you cross over to the other side, you need to reverse it. So it can be difficult. After working with it for a while, you get used to it. It heats up quickly. I hate that you can't change it to Fahrenheit. But I looked at the temperature I wanted and figured out what it would be in degrees Celsius. Now just set it to that temperature. It has a very long cord. When I first used it, it smelled like something was on fire. I was afraid that I had burned my hair. But it was just the novelty of the suitcases. I got such volume with this curling iron. I have thinning hair but this helped make it thicker. After applying the flat iron to all of my hair, I let it cool. Then I turned my head upside down and combed it with my fingers. Wow! The volume was fantastic. I sprayed it with a little hairspray to make it last longer. The thing works great! Highly recommended.
