Great knife and very sharp

I really like this brand, I bought several knives. This is a great steel knife with a wooden handle that feels firm in your hand and cuts even tough meat bones like slicing a piece of pie. This is a 7 inch long knife which I liked as it was very handy especially when used to cut chicken. Based on my experience with other knives I have used this product is of exceptional quality which is why I received a 5 star rating. The knife is well balanced, feels comfortable in the hand and allows you to cut everything easily. The blade of the knife is exceptionally sharp, making it easy to cut all foods, whether it's vegetables, tomatoes, onions or mushrooms, or chicken. The blade is thick and has a decent weight that feels in the hand and does the job well. The all-metal construction of this knife makes it safe when you need a chef's knife, even for hot food, while the solid construction makes it easy to use. doesn't seem to rust from my use so far. The blade is slightly heavier and thicker than a normal chef's knife. This makes clear cuts easier, but requires more practice. It was sharp instantly and didn't need further sharpening or honing to work. Highly recommended.
