
I am having trouble connecting my device to my Wi-Fi network using the MyDlink Android app. After several weeks of correspondence with the dlink support mentioned in the package, with screenshots and error messages, they obviously had no answer regarding an error in the application or a defective device. Instead of exchanging the product, they suggested I contact "my local dlink representative". I tried to contact support and help them solve the problem but now I will be returning the faulty product.
