The best we've ever had.
We've had a number of raclettes over the last year and they were far from the best. This one was the best of them all. The raclette heats evenly and the trays are perfectly positioned to heat the cheese as expected. We are also very satisfied with the position of the heating element and the smooth temperature control. We are a family that loves to get together for dinner and games at least once a month. In the past we spent too much time getting raclette to work properly. It exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. TL:DR: Works better than expected and makes family dinner/game night so much more fun!
