This grill is great for indoor use and is easy to set up and clean. It has a dial for minimum and maximum temperature and can be switched on and off with just a plug. The top grid has a good surface for a group of four. The 8 mini pans below work well for slow reheating and reheating of food, but I don't find that to be the case even when using really evenly cooked eggs. I recommend turning the grill on at maximum power for about 3 minutes before grilling as directed.

The raclette heating zone works very well and I was able to melt the Gruyère very well, similar to fondue. prevents liquids from dripping off. Over medium heat, the various foods I cooked, shrimp, beef, pork, mushrooms, leeks, and red potatoes all cooked well in the usual time, with the shrimp and meat gardening 5 to 7 minutes.
