Arrived quickly and beautifully, strong stone! This stone has previously been used to make a gluten free pizza crust with lots of toppings and it came out fabulous - the crust was crispy and slipped off very easily with a sprinkling of cornmeal even though the toppings and sauce ran out. Just keep this beauty scraped and dry - no oils (I just scrape it thoroughly and/or wash in hot water as needed and oven dry on low between uses) and it should be well reusable and last a long time. for a long time as it is a good thick strong stone.
