I bought these for my SmartThings Hub knowing it doesn't have a native device handler but they were inexpensive. Connecting it to my SmartThings network was easy enough, but I had to log into the developer portal and change the device handler for it to work properly. Even then the energy meter does not work. Overall I'm happy with it and it works with my Google Home/Assistant and Alexa devices (via SmartThings integration). I'll raise it to 5 stars if they create a device handler that includes an energy monitor for SmartThings. .
