Purchased based on reviews to replace my aging 10/100 switch. Connected three computers and two printers. Only there is a power indicator and a connection indicator. Failed to ping one of the devices and the internet service. I swapped the cable to the router for a new one, no change. Disconnect all devices and then connect them one by one to fix the error. Nada. (Note: the instructions were for a five port switch, it's an eight port switch. It showed the router was connected to port 5, so I tried that as well as every other port, no change. Got it returned for a replacement and the new one showed power and two devices but still couldn't ping everything worked fine in my old 10/100 switch (use it now until I can order a branded switch) no reply - and yes , I checked my spam box. After three days and two emails with no response I decided to send back a replacement. Too much hassle to get it working. As an unmanaged switch it should be plug and play as written on the box. Instead, it's more like plug and pray.
