Easy setup, no special knowledge needed! It's intuitively easy enough that I was able to use it without any prior experience with SQL databases or MySQL in particular.

Also very low latency which helped us out quite quickly as we were still under heavy load at time when using other tools (like Redis). We have been running our web app since about 2 years now but had issues keeping up even after adding more machines/servers to handle growing user base & traffic patterns. Using allocatingus has made this task much easier by speeding things right back down again once they reach capacity limits etc., so not only did users get their services faster - also reduced costs considerably due to less downtime during peak times :).
