I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use, but still powerful at what they do! I liked that it allowed you as user/client see in real-time what your partner saw, which helped ensure everyone was synced up with each other's movements within their field (the site) at all times! Easy setup, no special knowledge needed! It's intuitively easy enough that I was able to use it without any prior experience with SQL databases or MySQL in particular. Also very low latency which helped us out quite quickly as we were still under heavy load at time when using other tools (like Redis).
