Installed on my 2003 Matrix XR. Fits perfectly, cat neutralizer and cylinder head match was perfect. The only speed bump I tripped over was the bottom brace was misaligned and required a 5 minute adjustment. very easy. I've read some of the other reviews and I understand people are having serious trouble installing this. what can I say? All I can tell you is that you are buying this for a 2003 Matrix. it will fit well. The exchange only lasted about an hour. so you know it's a good fit
