Frying pan dimensions are wrong

I ordered a set of 2 (12 and 10 inch) baking trays for the toaster. The pans look and feel good, but the dimensions are far off. 12 inches should be 12 x 10 x 1 inches but it's actually 12.3 x 9.6 x 110 inches, should be 10 x 9 x 1 inches but it's actually 10.5 x 8 x 1
