Review on 🌽 HYCHIKA Bi-Metal Cornhole Fiberboard with Cutting Capability by Rud Starks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very good hole saw but be very careful!

I bought this hole saw to cut holes in the manufacture of bodyboards. Reading some of the recoil reports I had every intention of using my drill press to help me cut holes. The drill press wasn't deep enough to allow me to cut a hole in the plywood where I wanted it. So Plan B, I went to my 20v cordless hand drill (and for that you need a 1/2 inch chuck on your drill). After my workpiece stabilized, I punched out the center of the hole for the pilot drill so it wouldn't wobble when started. Move slowly (my drill also has variable speed), it grabs and pulls because you can't keep it perfectly vertical like you could with a stationary drill to prevent cracking.) I switched to a hammer drill, which is slightly larger and more importantly has a side handle to further stabilize the process. If you have a hammer drill, use it instead of a regular drill as it will hit you. Overall a very good hole saw for the money. I only gave 4 stars because of the included instructions, I think they could be a bit more informative than this review.
