Unlike other hard lights and wiring harnesses, this one does not plug and play with the lights. You have to splice the wires yourself. It's not a big deal, but other flashlights like the Dual Side Shooters have good weatherproof connectors and are in the same price range, so I don't see why they didn't include them. Here's a big one too. Neither the headlights nor the wiring harness have instructions for connecting to a 3-position switch. I have red, white, and blue wires and two black wires, but no circuitry connected to the correct pins on the switch. This is a serious oversight on the part of such a great company that makes such good and highly effective products. I will still buy Rigid or Baja Designs (owned by Rigid) but be aware not all of us are electricians so a simple diagram would be of great help.
